You can Change your Life!

🤍 You become what you think about 🧐

🩶 Sometimes I just start to cry. Not because there is a reason, because I’m longing for something. I don’t wanna create a better future, I just want a strong mind. Depression is suppression of your inner child 👧

1. See your thoughts and identify them (by journaling) 🔤

2. Take off the emotions label to your thoughts

3. Speak life in you’re new life, even if it feels wrong

4. Meditation

These are four steps and do them in any order you need.

The goal is to lead thinking to positive. Just saying I am positive is not going to change your life. You must do something about it.

🤍 Do the unwanted work. The walk. The meditation. The cooking. The smiling when you can.

🩶 When you do redundant work and fall in love with the work, then you get happier. Happiness usually never comes first.

So bestie, you decide: today for tomorrow, or dopamine for never

🩶 sometimes we can control the small things like how much we scroll on the phone. When your feed is about growth and you apply what you learned, you can transform positively 🩶

... Read moreI’ve found through personal experience that changing your life truly begins from within—starting with the thoughts you allow to take root in your mind. The idea that “You become what you think about” is more than a cliché; it’s a daily practice. Journaling your thoughts can be very revealing. When you write down what’s on your mind without judgment, you begin to see patterns—some empowering, some limiting. Removing the emotional weight from these thoughts lets you view them more objectively and choose which to nurture and which to let go. Meditation has been a game-changer for me in building a strong mind. Even five to ten minutes a day focusing on your breath or simply being present can diminish anxiety that traps you in worrying about the future. This calm foundation makes it easier to speak positively to yourself—even if it feels strange at first—because your brain gradually rewires to accept those encouraging messages. Another insight I’ve gained is the importance of doing the 'unwanted work'—the small, sometimes tedious daily tasks like walking, cooking, or even smiling through challenges. These seemingly redundant actions build discipline and joy over time. Happiness often doesn’t precede the work; it arises after you commit to it regularly. Controlling your environment, like curating your social media feed to focus on growth and learning, makes a big difference. Feeding your mind with inspiring content instead of 'trash' influences your thoughts positively. When someone or something triggers an emotional reaction, it may signal unhealed trauma. Pausing in those moments allows you to reflect and heal rather than react impulsively. Ultimately, personal transformation hinges on recognizing that your thoughts shape you, your habits build you, and your choices define you. The struggle reflected in the phrase "It is you versus you" resonates deeply with anyone on a journey of self-improvement. Trust the process, be patient with yourself, and keep making choices that align with the life you want to live.
