Muy interesante esta receta, yo siempre e usando harina con algunas especies para dar sabor,pero nunca huevo. Supongo que cada quien le agrega o le quita lo que una quiere a una receta para hacerla única,por eso hay tantas variaciones del mismo platillo y lo llamamos único. Gracias por compartir :)
