Honey pepper chicken + lo mein & steamed rice 😵‍💫🔥

- Ingredients or the chicken:

Chicken breast or thighs

Flour

Milk

Seasonings of your choice ( Cajun, coarse black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, McCormick rotisserie chicken seasoning, seasoned pepper)

Red bell pepper

Green bell pepper

Onion

- Instructions for the chicken:

Clean, trim, and cut/dice your chicken breast or thighs.

Season well.

Add milk. Let soak.

In a bag or bowl add flour.

Season the flour as well.

Remove chicken from the milk and seasoning mixture.

Add chicken to the flour mixture and coat well.

Fry hard. Remove from grease. Drain.

In a skillet on medium/high heat add a small amount of oil.

Add your peppers and onions. Slightly sear.

Add chicken.

Pour sauce mixture on top.

Reduce heat and allow to simmer.

Serve. Enjoy!

- Instructions for the sauce:

Mix all the ingredients well.

- Ingredients for the noodles:

Blue dragon egg noodles

Shredded cabbage

Shredded carrots

Onion

Green onion

Teriyaki sauce

Hoisin sauce

Soy sauce

Honey

Brown sugar

Seasonings of your choice ( onion powder, garlic powder , McCormick rotisserie chicken seasoning, seasoned pepper)

- Instructions for the noodles:

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Place the noodles in the pot.

Let noodles boil for 3-4 mins.

Remove noodles from pot and drain.

To a skillet add oil and heat on medium/high.

Add the noodles to the oil, also add in you shredded cabbage, onion, green onion, and shredded carrots.

Add in seasonings of your choice.

Mix using tongs quickly.

Pour some of the sauce mix you created.

Turn down heat.

Mix well.

Serve! Enjoy!
