Hey my sugas💋it has been a journey trying to get this weight off and keep it off. I use to be a stress eater but I stopped that a few years ago. I’m wanting to learn how to count calories and carbs. Definitely cut out breads and pasta and juice. Eat healthier and stay in the gym.
