It’s a daily fight as a Christian

When they say we are in a constant war as a Christian . . . That means that you’re constantly fighting to choose the word of God over your own wants that go against his word . Sometimes you might fall . But don’t give up. Repent and try again . This time do everything you can to try to prevent yourself from choosing that desire again . Reading and studying his word more , praying more , going to church for further guidance, fellowshipping with likeminded ppl . All these things really can make a difference. The more you focus on God the more you choose him and think of what he wants for you when going about your daily life and making decisions. I know for me it’s easy to fall into things when I haven’t been close to God . So I hope this helps ❤️

It’s crucial to remember that feeling disconnected from God can open the door to temptations. By regular engagement with scripture, consistent prayer, and surrounding oneself with a supportive community, believers can fortify their faith against distractions. Furthermore, the phrase 'to the girl who feels like she keeps letting God down' resonates deeply as it encapsulates the struggles many face in their spiritual journey. God’s grace is abundant; thus, it’s essential to acknowledge our shortcomings without losing hope. Building a routine of accountability with fellow Christians can also enhance our spiritual growth, ensuring that we are not fighting alone. Moments of reflection and repentance renew our commitment to God, enabling us to make empowered choices aligning with our faith. Remember, every day offers a new opportunity to choose God and rely on His strength to navigate life's challenges.
