Goodbye 👋🏼 Birth Control, Hello Natural Balance 🫶

After years on birth control pills I switched to the IUD, which was the worst mistake. Not only was the pain unbearable for insertion the bleeding and cramps were just as worse. I had my non-hormonal IUD for two years and finally had enough. 😫

I needed to give my body a break from all of these horrible birth control methods doctors on young . I recently got my IUD out, and I honestly feel like a huge weight has lifted off my shoulders .

I wish professionals would teach women about the menstrual cycle and when we’re ovulating and the window frame where we can get pregnant, but they don’t. 🤬

I finally decided to take back control of my body 💪🏼

Now I’m focusing on letting my menstrual cycle be natural instead of relying on synthetic hormones, I’m working on regulating my cycle by tracking my temperature and listening to my body.

It’s been a tough journey, but I’m committed to finding what works best for me—naturally.

I just received the Daysy fertility tracker in the mail. It’s is a smart, reliable tool designed to help you monitor your menstrual cycle naturally.
