She’s so sad!

This small girl came to OK Humane about 2 weeks ago, after being surrendered to a local shelter. She has been through a lot and is sad. She needs an adopter or foster- preferably someone who will be with her often. Does anyone know someone who might want to save her?! Please share if you do!
