PROJECT PAN 2026 inventory

Here’s my inventory, hoping to downsize my collection by end of year, using only from this stash I have. NO BUY! I might only make exceptions for any new SDJ summer scents and new EOS holiday scent but I have go in store and smell them first! No blind buying online! Must be intentional and specific!

... Read moreEmbarking on a Project Pan journey has been transformative in how I approach my beauty collection. The commitment to downsize not only helps to reduce clutter but also encourages mindful consumption. Since starting, I have become more aware of my actual usage patterns and preferences, which has helped me resist impulsive purchases. One key aspect I've found effective is the strict no-buy rule. By allowing only exceptions for new SDJ summer scents and EOS holiday scents—with the condition of smelling them first in store—I avoid blind buying and only welcome items that truly excite me. This approach saves money and reinforces a more sustainable way to enjoy my collection. Throughout the year, I track products I use up, prioritize those close to expiration, and find creative ways to repurpose items. This hands-on method enhances appreciation for what I already own. It also fosters a healthier relationship with products, shifting focus from acquisition to enjoyment and functionality. I encourage anyone looking to try Project Pan or a no-buy challenge to set clear rules and exceptions tailored to their habits. In-person testing before purchase helped me avoid disappointment and ensured that any additions aligned with my preferences. Remember, the goal is intentionality: choosing quality over quantity, and valuing each product for its unique contribution to your routine.
