What I ate today while on tirzepatide.
This is my 10th week. On week 9, I decided to increase to 20 units, which puts my dosage at 1 mg. I plan to stay here for a few weeks before continuing to move up. My goal is to reach 120 grams of protein per day. With the higher dosage, my appetite is lower, so it’s definitely a challenge.
