What 200 Squats a Day Did to My Legs
200 squats a day sounded insane. I started with 50 and worked my way up over 2 weeks. By the end of month 1 my legs were unrecognizable. The burn never fully went away but the results made it worth every rep. Consistency beats intensity every time.
