I began slowly with just 20 sit-ups before bed and gradually increased my reps by five each week until reaching 60. This steady progression helped me build endurance without overwhelming myself. Some nights, the motivation was hard to find, but pushing through those moments made all the difference. The consistency of performing sit-ups every night built a strong streak, which not only kept me accountable but also ingrained the habit into my daily routine. Interestingly, the routine took less than 8 minutes, showing that effective workouts don’t have to be long or complicated. Beyond physical changes, I noticed improved sleep quality, which I hadn't anticipated. A short core workout helped me unwind and prepare my body for rest. Over 90 days, my stomach transformed from soft to visibly defined with clear lines, though not a textbook six-pack. This progress felt real and earned through discipline rather than quick fixes. If you’re considering starting a similar habit, remember that gradual increases and commitment are keys to success. Tracking your streaks can also boost motivation by visualizing your progress day by day.
