Gifted by Zfluence and Armani Beauty!

Fragrantica had a more detailed version of notes than the brand, listed below.

Key Fragrance Notes

• Top Notes: Passion fruit accord (maracuig), bitter orange, lemon

• Heart Notes: Frangipani, solar notes

• Base Notes: Madagascar vanilla absolute, benzoin, labdanum

Fragrance Profile

• Family: Floral Fruity Gourmand

• Key Accord: Passion Fruit and Vanilla

• Longevity: Around 4-5 hours, with strong initial projection

This seems to be a chemistry sensitive formula, as several people report that passion fruit “turns,” on their skin with the body odor/cat urine smell, so despite the fact that I love this scent and rate it a 8.7/10, I do not recommend blind buying before checking.

This is definitely a great passionfruit scent, just like Matilda byrosiejane. There’s a bit more of a raspberry/blackberry feel to it. Pornstar martini or passionfruit smoothie meets creamy vanilla dry down. High longevity on me, which I love.

I might also suggest not to trust the ulta tester bottles as it smelled better in my own copy and very well-mixed. Some reports of highly ethanol opening and it STAINS WHITE CLOTHING ⚠️

I did find the Male counterpart release of Armani (Stronger with YOU absolutely) in Ulta testers is REALLY good and honestly very unisex, depth wise complex scent. I may revisit that one in the future, as this was a more sexual, androgynous but not overpoweringly spicy scent.

... Read moreWhile the original article touched on initial projection, I want to share a bit more about my personal experience with Armani Power of You's sillage. For me, it truly has a noticeable presence without being overwhelming. When I first spray it, it definitely creates a lovely scent bubble around me – I'd say within a 3-4 foot radius for the first hour or two. As it dries down, it settles closer to the skin, becoming more of a comforting aura, but I still catch whiffs of that beautiful passionfruit and vanilla absolute throughout the day. It’s not one of those perfumes that disappears completely; it lingers beautifully and subtly, especially on clothing, even after the main projection fades. Given its bright, fruity, yet creamy profile, I find Armani Power of You incredibly versatile. It screams 'spring and summer vacation' to me – think sunny days, outdoor brunches, or even a casual evening stroll. The solar notes really come alive in warmer weather. However, the sophisticated frangipani and warm vanilla absolute in the base also make it surprisingly cozy enough for a transitional fall day, or even to brighten up a gloomy winter afternoon. It's truly a mood-lifter! I've worn it for everything from running errands to a casual date night, and it always feels appropriate. It's not overly formal, but it's refined enough to feel special. Okay, this is a crucial one, especially since the OCR mentioned the warning about staining! I've personally experienced the frustration of a beautiful fragrance leaving a mark, so heed this advice: always spray 'Armani Power of You' on bare skin before getting dressed. If you absolutely must spray on clothes for longevity, choose dark fabrics or test a tiny, inconspicuous spot first. The 'red-toned perfume bottle' itself looks gorgeous, but that reddish-brown liquid inside can indeed leave a mark on white or light-colored clothing. A safe bet is to aim for pulse points like your wrists, neck, and décolletage. This also helps with the fragrance developing properly with your skin chemistry. If you're wondering where to get your hands on this beauty, I've seen 'Power of You' readily available at major retailers like Ulta and, as some queries suggest, Sephora. It typically comes in various sizes, including the popular 100ml bottle, which offers great value if you fall in love with the scent like I have. While it's a designer fragrance, I feel the unique blend of notes and its decent performance make it a worthy investment. Keep an eye out for sales or gift sets, especially around holidays, as you might snag a fantastic deal. The article mentioned the 'chemistry-sensitive' aspect, and it's something I want to emphasize. My experience is overwhelmingly positive, with the passion fruit accord shining through beautifully, but I've heard others mention how body chemistry can alter it. This isn't unique to Armani Power of You; many fragrances react differently on various skin types. Before committing to a full bottle, I strongly recommend trying a sample or spraying it on your skin at a store and wearing it for a few hours. See how the 'passion fruit' and 'frangipani' notes evolve with your unique chemistry. Don't just trust the tester strip; your skin is the true test! Can we talk about the bottle for a moment? The 'red-toned perfume bottle' is absolutely stunning. It feels luxurious and substantial in hand, perfectly reflecting the 'Power of You' theme. The vibrant red color, combined with the sleek lines, makes it a statement piece on any vanity.
