Asthma as an adult?!
I found out I have asthma after I couldn’t get over a cold!
Yes I had Covid and flu testing all negative. But my doctor did find out I was wheezing! I work in healthcare how did I not catch this!
After a long conversation with her, it turns out your worst patient, is yourself.
Finally getting over this cold and realizing how long I have been struggling to JUST BREATHE. I didn’t even realize how hard I was working my body to just simple breathe until after using my inhaler I could breathe deeply, easily.
Anyone else find out as an adult they have asthma?
And no I didn’t have any breathing issues growing up.
