While it's exciting to have a discount store opening nearby, not everything is perfect yet. There seems to be a noticeable lack of stock throughout the store, which can be frustrating if you're going in for specific items. Additionally, it appears that staffing issues are impacting the overall customer service experience. On the day I visited, some employees had called out, which resulted in slower assistance on the floor. This kind of situation is understandable for new stores still settling in, but it does affect the shopping experience. Despite these challenges, prices remain attractive, and the variety of products is promising. If you’re in the Philadelphia area, particularly close to Cheltenham Mall, it’s worth checking out, but plan on a potentially limited selection and be patient with service. Hopefully, as the store gets fully staffed and restocked, the shopping experience will improve significantly.
