Silence isn’t always peace.

Sometimes, it’s the scream I couldn’t afford to let slip.

The weight I carried with a smile.

The storm I held back

so the patients wouldn’t drown.

I gave 17 years of my life—

not just my time,

my body,

my soul.

I see my footprints in every corner of that hospital.

But they don’t see me.

Not the real me.

And still—I stand.

Triple duty.

The happy me.

The tired me.

The disrespected me.

All of me…

still standing.

This silence?

It wasn’t about shutting the world out.

It was about letting God in.

It was where I met myself.

Not the nurse.

Not the helper.

Just… me.

And when I finally sat with her long enough,

she said:

“I forgive you.

For what wasn’t yours.

For what was passed down.

For what they said you had to carry.”

I birthed RFL Wellness because healing isn’t a Monday plan.

It’s a right-now reclamation.

It’s showing up raw.

It’s choosing to focus.

It’s choosing to love—yourself first.

You don’t need permission to rest.

You don’t need an audience to evolve.

You just need a moment.
