9-2.5 girls room.

The girls haven't been sleeping in their room due to the humidity in here. celing fan still needs to be fixed, and the bunk bed will be coming down.Thought it was a good idea for a 9 year old but looking at her height I had to change my mind. But I need my room back and I just need some ideas to organize all this . I have taken alot of toddler clothes out and some of my 9 year old clothes but some how its still too much. i heard the saying that goes if you have too much you'll never be done or something like that. 9year old is a huge fan of stitch. any ideas.
