Her channel is fantastic, especially if you're looking for structured programs. I particularly love her '1 Month Pilates Plan' – it’s perfect for consistency and seeing real progress. She has some killer lower ab Pilates exercises that really target those deep core muscles, giving you that flat, strong midsection we all strive for.
