Any workout advice for lower belly fat & love hand

I’m having trouble losing lower belly fat and love handles. I’ve been using the treadmill every day for 30 mins on an 8 incline and 2.3 speed. Also been doing Russian twist, sit ups, flutter kicks and donkey for 1 set of a 1 minute and 40 seconds. I also been watching what I eat like avoiding soda and sugary foods.
