'Trying affirmations' felt a bit silly at first, but now I swear by them! I started with simple phrases like 'I am capable' or 'I am worthy of rest.' It's incredible how shifting your inner dialogue can boost your 'self-reflection' and confidence. I even started 'calling myself' a "wellness warrior" or "self-care champion" jokingly, but it actually helped me internalize the commitment to my well-being. Another one of my favorite 'wellness tips' from the list is 'going outside.' Even five minutes of fresh air and sunlight can reset my mood. Sometimes, I combine it with a short 'meditation' session right there in my garden or on my balcony. It doesn't have to be a long, elaborate session; just a few deep breaths can make a world of difference.
