It’s like planting a seed – you can’t just water it once and expect a garden. I try to incorporate my affirmations into my morning routine. Before I even get out of bed, I take a few deep breaths and silently repeat affirmations like, 'I am in perfect health, and my body is strong and resilient' and 'I nourish my body with healthy foods and positive thoughts.' This sets a positive tone for the entire day and really helps me make better choices later on. Another thing that's been a game-changer for my physical health is pairing affirmations with visualization. As I affirm, 'I am full of energy and vitality,' I actually picture myself running, exercising, or just moving through my day with boundless energy. When I say, 'My body is able to heal and restore itself,' I imagine my immune system working powerfully. This isn't just wishful thinking; it’s about training your mind to believe in your body's incredible capabilities, reinforcing those healthy body affirmations. And what if you don't quite believe the affirmation yet? That's totally normal! Start with softer affirmations, or add a phrase like 'I am open to...' or 'I am becoming...'
