This way, my brain knows relaxation is coming, and I can focus better when I'm supposed to be working. If I find myself drifting, I mentally tell myself, "Okay, that's for my next scheduled break." It's a simple, yet powerful quick reminder to stay on track. Another game-changer for me has been perfecting my 'time management to-do list.'
