I'd come home exhausted, not from physical labor, but from the sheer mental effort of trying to stay afloat in a sea of negativity. It wasn't until I truly embraced the power of the affirmation, 'THINGS ALWAYS WORK OUT FOR ME,' that I started to see a shift. This wasn't just a catchy phrase; it became my personal shield, my daily mantra that helped me reclaim my energy and protect my peace. So, what exactly are these 'energy siphoners'?
