This emotional connection is what helps ingrain these new beliefs deep into your subconscious, helping you actively reprogram those old limiting thoughts. Visualization is another game-changer. Don't just see your goal; immerse yourself in it. What does it smell like? Sound like? How does it feel to achieve it?
