For me, this wasn't about rigid dieting, but truly about mindfulness. I used to just eat until my plate was empty. Now, before I even start, I pause and think: 'Am I actually hungry, or am I just eating out of habit?' I try to savor every bite, chew slowly, and stop when I'm about 80% full, not stuffed. It’s amazing how much lighter and more energized I feel throughout the day. It’s less about restriction and more about listening to my body's true signals. I've even noticed less digestive upset, which is a huge win! Then there's 'Walk Double.' My life used to be so sedentary, especially with work. But I started small – taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking a little further away, and making a point to take a 15-minute walk during my lunch break. Now, I actually look forward to my daily walks! It's not just about physical health; it's my time to clear my head, de-stress, and connect with nature. I often put on some calming music or just enjoy the sounds around me. It’s incredible how much clarity a simple walk can bring, especially when I’m feeling overwhelmed. It really helps with that 'living well' aspect. 'Laugh Triple' is probably my favorite! Life can get serious, right? But consciously seeking out joy has been transformative.
