Instead of a full workout, I began with just 5 minutes of stretching. For meditation, I used guided apps for just 3-5 minutes, slowly increasing it. The key was to make it easy enough to start, and then build from there. One of the habits that had an immediate impact was 'drinking water first thing in the morning.' I now keep a glass of water right by my bed, ready to go. It instantly makes me feel more awake and energized. And 'staying away from my smartphone' for that first hour? Revolutionary! It gives me precious time to focus on myself, my goals, and prepare mentally for the day without external noise.
