It’s not always easy, but recognizing when someone consistently brings negativity, demands too much, or simply doesn't respect your boundaries is the first step. Then comes the tricky part: actually walking away. This doesn't always mean dramatic exits or cutting everyone off. Sometimes it’s setting firmer boundaries, saying 'no' more often, or simply limiting interaction. It's about prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being above trying to maintain every single connection. Once you create that space, that's where the real magic of solitude begins.
