The original article mentioned 'adjust if needed,' and I can't stress this enough. Life happens! There will be days you miss a step, or your schedule gets completely thrown off. Instead of throwing in the towel, I've learned to just pick it back up the next day. Don't let one missed day derail your entire progress. It's truly about perseverance, as one of those 13 tips wisely suggested. To really build that daily routine consistency, I found a few extra tricks helpful. First, habit stacking became my best friend. Instead of trying to create a new habit from scratch, I'd link it to something I already do. For instance, I wanted to read more, so I started reading one page right after brushing my teeth every night. It was so small, but because it was attached to an established routine, it became second nature.
