What would my 'dream day' look like? What fears are holding me back? Instead of vague wishes, I wrote down concrete 6-month goals for every area of my life – health, finances, relationships, career. Think SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. This isn't just a sketch; it's your personal blueprint for the next half-year. Month 2: Decluttering for Clarity Cutting the noise was harder than I thought. It meant unsubscribing from emails, unfollowing social media accounts that didn't inspire me, and even having tough conversations about boundaries. Physically, I decluttered my workspace and home.
