One of the biggest shifts for me was truly understanding the POWER of the tongue. It's not just a spiritual concept; itâs about retraining your brain. When I first tried to STOP saying you're tired and instead proclaim, 'I am energized!' or 'I am refreshed!', it felt awkward, almost like I was lying to myself. But with consistency, something amazing happened. My energy levels genuinely started to improve. It wasn't magic, but rather a shift in focus and a proactive approach to my well-being. I started looking for reasons to feel energized, and my body seemed to follow suit. Next came the challenge of speaking life into yourself when faced with financial worries. Instead of just wishing for more money, I began to START saying you're grateful for every penny I had and every opportunity that came my way. I'd tell myself, 'I am attracting wealth' or 'I am a magnet for financial opportunities.' This didn't mean money magically appeared, but it shifted my mindset from scarcity to possibility.
