• ❌ Dishwashing cost 500 baht if customer is not comfortable to do it yourself

• ❌ Cleaning cost 500 baht if food waste or waste is left

• ❌ Property damage based on actual price

✅ Terms of reservation

• Reservations: Full transfer or 60% deposit remaining payable on the day of stay

• Bail fee: 3,000 Baht (check out and check neatness)

• Postponement of stay: 14 days notice if exceeding a fine of 3,000 baht per day

• Cancellation Policy: Not refundable in all cases
