How I Bounce Back from Tough Days

Good evening from my corner of the world everyone.

Honestly, this week has been a really challenging one for me. Between bills, full time school and work, and the natural stressors that everyday can bring, I’ve been feeling a little low on energy and burnt out.

When I’m feeling low, I love to turn to a pre-made self care menu. I’m always on the go so mine are sectioned into allotted times. These menus have been an absolute life saver and a pick me up the last few days. A few of my favorites are breathing techniques, a brain dump worksheet (let me know if you want me to share mine!), making a call, journaling, listening to a podcast, and going on a solo date! What are your guys’ favorite ways to wind down and bounce back after a stressful day?
