Hockey Romances are super big right now but these are the perfect mix of spicy and funny. Each one has its own unique quirks and type of love story.

... Read moreAs a fellow bookworm always on the hunt for my next literary escape, I just had to share more about these incredible romance series that have truly captured my heart! When I first stumbled upon Meghan Quinn's The Cane Brothers series, I knew I was in for a treat. If you're into billionaire romance with a generous dose of spice, these books are an absolute must-read. What I particularly love is how each installment tackles a different trope, keeping things fresh and exciting. For instance, 'A Long Time Coming' delves into a captivating second-chance romance, while 'So Meant To Be' offers a delightful grumpy-sunshine dynamic. Seeing their beautiful book covers just makes me want to dive back in! The characters are so well-developed, and the banter is just *chef's kiss*. You'll find yourself rooting for them, laughing with them, and maybe even shedding a tear or two. This series is perfect for those who enjoy a blend of emotional depth and playful humor with their heat. Then there's Meghan Quinn's Vancouver Agitators series, which is perfect for anyone who loves a good hockey romance. I've been obsessed with this subgenre lately, and these books totally hit the mark. They strike the ideal balance between steamy moments and genuinely funny dialogue, making them incredibly entertaining. Each story brings its own unique set of quirks and a distinct love story that feels so authentic. I particularly enjoyed 'So This Is War,' which had me laughing out loud one minute and swooning the next. The way Quinn crafts these athletes as more than just hockey players – showing their vulnerabilities, their friendships, and their passionate relationships – is truly brilliant. If you're searching for charming, athletic heroes and strong, witty heroines, you absolutely need to pick these up. The chemistry in these books is undeniable, making them truly addictive. And let's not forget the emerging gem, Amy Daws' Mountain Men Matchmaker series. Though it's a newer collection, it has already carved out a special place in my heart. This series offers such a unique twist on romance, blending elements of dysfunctional families and found family tropes. It's truly unlike anything else I've read. The first book, 'Nine Month Contract,' introduces you to a world where love blossoms in the most unexpected ways. It's an odd love story, yes, but intensely charming and deeply emotional. If you're tired of predictable plots and crave something that will challenge your expectations while still delivering all the feels, give this one a try. It’s got that cozy, small-town vibe with big-hearted characters that will make you feel right at home. These recommendations are honestly some of my favorite reads, and I truly hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
