My recent work out split!
Everyone’s routine is different based on their goals but this routine is generally what I like to follow
- Mondays are legs because I like to start my week with something I like
- tuesdays are cardio because that’s the day I play soccer with my friends
- Wednesday are back and bi because my legs are sore
- Thursdays are cardio because I play soccer with my friends that day too
- Friday is chest and triceps or rest because it’s not the most important to me right now and I have plans fridays usually
- Saturdays are legs because I love legs and I wanna keep my butt so I want to fit in legs 2x a week
- Sunday is rest because who works out on Sundays? Also I have homework
If you have any questions or suggestions lmk!
Creating a balanced workout routine is essential for achieving fitness goals. Many people customize their routines based on preferences and schedules. A typical week might include a mix of cardio and strength training, focusing on different muscle groups throughout the week. On Mondays, I prioritize legs to kick off the week with energy, setting a strong foundation for the days ahead. Tuesdays are reserved for cardio, where I engage in soccer with friends, making it more enjoyable. Midweek brings back and biceps on Wednesdays, allowing other muscle groups to recover while targeting upper body strength. Thursday mirrors Tuesday, reinforcing cardiovascular health through soccer. As the weekend approaches, Fridays can either be chest and triceps workouts or a well-deserved rest, tailored to my social plans. Saturdays are dedicated to legs again since they are my favorite, ensuring I maintain strength and shape. Concluding the week with a rest day on Sundays allows for recovery and personal time, which is equally important. Incorporating activities like running, stair climbing, or Pilates on cardio days keeps things lively. Aim for daily movement, striving for milestones like 10,000 steps. Flexibility in routines is important; missing a gym day is okay, as adjustments can be made to fit the weekly plan. Always seek to listen to your body and make modifications to maximize your workout experience.
