[Toyama] Himi Manga Road where you can feel nostalgia✨

Himi City, Toyama Prefecture.

I went to Manga Road in Himi during my trip to Toyama.

When I was walking around the city, nostalgic characters stopped here and there and took pictures.

Objects and illustrations are scattered in the shopping street, and it was a place where you can have fun just walking normally.

There are also works that I watched when I was a child, and it is also impressive that I felt nostalgic somewhere.

The weather was good on this day, and the murals that imaged the blue sky and the Tateyama mountain range were very beautiful, and I enjoyed the scenery like Himi together.

Because it was a weekday, I was able to take a relatively relaxing walk, so it was good that I could enjoy walking around the city at my own pace.

You can enjoy it on foot from Himi Station, so please visit by all means.

氷見まんがロードは、富山県氷見市の比美町から中央町にかけて広がるエリアで、藤子不二雄Aのキャラクターをはじめ懐かしい漫画作品のモニュメントやイラストが街中に点在しています。私も平日の午後に訪れましたが、人混みが少なく落ち着いて散策できたのが印象的でした。特に、商店街のアーケード内にあるソフトクリーム屋さん「島津福寿堂」周辺や、「なか川」など地元ならではの飲食店も楽しめるので、散策だけでなくグルメも満喫できます。まんがロードでは「ハットリくん」など藤子スタジオ作品のキャラクターが随所に配置されているため、子どもの頃に見たアニメや漫画の世界にタイムスリップしたような感覚になれます。また、青空の下で立山連峰をイメージした壁画を眺めながら歩くのはとても気持ちよく、氷見ならではの自然と文化が融合した散策路です。駐車場の案内や無断駐車禁止の看板も整備されていて、安心して訪問可能です。JR氷見線の氷見駅から徒歩10〜15分程度とアクセスしやすいのも魅力。漫画ファンだけでなく、レトロな街歩きや写真撮影が好きな方にもおすすめのスポットだと感じました。次回は休日に商店街のお店を巡りながらじっくり楽しみたいと思います。ぜひ富山旅行の際は、まんがロードでのんびり気分転換を体験してみてください。
