※ここでいう「扶養」は【税法上の扶養（配偶者控除/配偶者特別控除）】の話です。社会保険の扶養（健康保険の扶養）とは別なので、混同しないのがいちばん大事でした。 ■「育休中に扶養に入る」って何をするの？ 私が最初に勘違いしたのがここ。税扶養は、ママが夫の健康保険に入る/保険証が変わる…という話ではなく、夫の年末調整（または確定申告）で「配偶者控除 or 配偶者特別控除」を申告して、夫の所得税・住民税が軽くなる仕組みです。 ■育休手当・産休手当は年収に入る？ 結論、一般的に【育休手当（育児休業給付）や出産手当金は年収（給与収入）に含めない】扱いです。なので「給料は出てないけど手当はもらってる」状態でも、税扶養の判定は“その年の給与収入”を中心に見ます。 ■メリット（私が感じた現実的な良い点） ・夫の税金が下がって、手取りが増える可能性 ・住民税が下がると、翌年の保育料の階層が下がる可能性 ・申請は基本「年末調整に1回書く」だけ（会社員家庭だとラク） ■デメリット/注意点（検索されがちなポイント） 1) 「社会保険の扶養」と勘違いすると失敗しやすい 税扶養に入っても、ママ側の健康保険料がどうなるかは別問題。育休中は社会保険料が免除になるケースもあるので、ここは会社の制度・期間で確認が必要でした。 2) 年末調整で“見込み”で書くので、年末にズレることがある 年の途中で復職して給与が増えたり、賞与が出たりすると、想定より年収が上がって控除額が変わることも。結果的に夫側で追徴や還付が起きる可能性があります。 3) 妻の方が収入が多い家庭は「その年の合計」で逆転しがち 普段は妻の年収が高くても、育休・産休のタイミングで給与が減って条件に入る年だけ税扶養の対象になることがあります。逆に、復職後の働き方（時短→残業増など）で想定より超えることもあるので、12月の着地を意識しました。 ■年末調整でどこに書く？（ざっくり） 夫の年末調整書類の「配偶者控除/配偶者特別控除」欄に、配偶者（妻）の所得見積や必要事項を記入します。自営業なら確定申告で申告。 ■チェックリスト（私はこれを先に確認しました） ・今年1〜12月の「給与収入」見込みはいくら？（手当は別） ・復職予定月と、復職後の月給/賞与の見込み ・夫の所得が基準を超えていないか ・保育料への影響（自治体の算定基準の年） 「たった1回申請するだけで得する可能性」がある一方で、年収見込みのズレが一番の落とし穴でした。年末が近づいたら、源泉徴収票や給与明細で“着地”を見ながら夫の年末調整に反映するのがおすすめです。
