This morning, my son and I had an argument and my last son cried.

We wanted to change our mind and say "Have a nice day" and "I'm going," but we went to school crying... 😞

My idea of wanting to say "bye-bye" with a smile so that there are no regrets when parting in the morning.

After returning home, he was naturally smiling, but we talked properly and said "I'm sorry" to each other 🥺✨

When I think back, the troubles when I'm busy are really tiring 🫣💦 lol

朝の忙しい時間に息子が泣いてしまうと、仕事に向かう私の気持ちも複雑になりますよね。そんな時こそ、深呼吸してお互いの気持ちを尊重することが大切だと感じます。私も「泣きながら仕事をする」という心境になることがありますが、息子との短い時間でも「行ってきます」「行ってらっしゃい」の笑顔の挨拶を心がけています。実は、朝の洗濯も2回まわしている日があったり、家事との両立に苦戦することも多いです。そんなバタバタの中で息子が感情的になるのは仕方のないことで、焦らずに気持ちを切り替えられるよう協力しています。子どもの気持ちを汲み取りながら、無理に笑顔を強要するのではなく、後でお互いに「ごめんね」を伝え合うことが、親子関係を良好に保つ秘訣だと気付かされました。また、一緒に過ごせる時間が限られるからこそ、忙しくても「笑顔のバイバイ」を心がけたり、後からしっかり話す時間を作るなど、小さな工夫も大切です。息子だけでなく、私自身も感情を溜め込まずに、フラストレーションを出せる環境を作ることが、毎日の家事や仕事、子育てを乗り越える力になります。同じように多忙で泣きながら仕事に向かうママたちへ、完璧じゃなくてもいいから、心の余裕を少し持つことをおすすめしたいです。私の失敗談や工夫が、誰かの励みになればうれしいです。いつもの日常に小さなほっとする瞬間を増やしていきましょう！
