[Materials]
Minced pork (or minced meat): 200g
• Shiitake: 4-6 pieces (chopped)
• Milk: 2 tablespoons
• Potato starch: 2-3 tsp
• Salt and pepper: a little

[How to make]
1. Put minced meat, chopped shiitake mushrooms, milk, potato starch, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead well until sticky.
Divide into 2 equal parts, remove the air, and make a slight dent in the middle to shape it.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and arrange the hamburgers. Bake on high medium heat for about 2 minutes and brown well.
