> Knowing emotion is consciousness 🧘♂️, not following emotion is wisdom.💯
(The Buddha said)
"Because I don't know wholeheartedly, I want to"
Because wanting to seize
Because seized and therefore suffering
Transcendence is a factor of lust.
Lust is a preconceived factor.
Preconceived as a factor in the universe.
This is the emergence of the whole pile of suffering.
> The world boredom most people feel is escape boredom.
The outside is like letting go, but the inside still wants things to disappear.
Pali is called lust.
Well, I don't want it to be there. I want it to go out. I want my life to never see anything else.
The more tense the heart, the more wriggling, the more distressed.
No matter how much you escape, you can't escape because you want to stay.
The Buddha therefore did not teach to escape the world.
But teach the world to be real.
Seeing that the picture promises the soul.
They're all nonexistent, miserable, and they're not identity.
When actually seen, Nipita 😌
It means that when you know the truth, it loosens.
When loosened, it loosened.
When loosened, the skin broke free.
This is Nipitta boredom. ☺️
Not hating the world. Not fleeing the world.
But seeing the world until I don't want to take it
Still with the world. Do the same job.
But the heart does not take life to be tied to anything
So the difference is at one point.
Bored with escape, still wanting to suffer
Bored like Nipita is to understand the real suffering. 😊
"Enough to understand, therefore do not want to seize
There is no location for suffering. "
< The Buddha then concluded the way:
Knowing suffering, knowing the cause of suffering, knowing the extinction, and knowing the way to extinction.
Whoever knows this clearly
Will know this world and break free
The world hasn't changed.
But the heart that can actually be seen
No more fleeing...😌☺️😊
(To be able to wear.)
Among humans, those who have trained themselves are the best...
