nanan gifuは2023年8月8日にオープンしたばかりの注目カフェで、アクセスも便利な岐阜県各務原市川島渡町に位置しています。外観は一見倉庫のようですが、木製の大きな扉とガラスが印象的で、多くの鉢植えが出迎えてくれます。店内は高い天井と木製の梁が開放感を演出し、ガラス張りの2階席には緑の植物が飾られ、自然光がふんだんに差し込む落ち着いた空間です。 メニューの中心となる「スープとスコーン（ミニサラダ付き）」は、季節ごとに変わる冷製スープが2種類から選べるのが魅力のひとつ。夏季はとうもろこしの冷製ポタージュやごろごろ野菜のラタトゥイユなど、新鮮な野菜を使った優しい味わいが楽しめます。スコーンはプレーン、バジルとトマトのチーズ入り、オレンジピールと紅茶の3種が用意されており、岩塩やオリーブオイル、そして濃厚なクロテッドクリームをつけて味わうことができます。 また、店内には家具工房も併設されており、アンティーク小物や家具は細部までこだわりが感じられます。クロテッドクリームは全乳を蒸気や水浴でゆっくりと加熱し、濃厚で口どけの良いクリームで、スコーンとの相性が抜群です。 テイクアウトメニューも充実しており、特に自家製レモンケーキの爽やかでしっとりとした味わいや、クリームチーズとナッツがたっぷりのキャロットケーキ、外はカリッ中はふんわりのカヌレは地元でも評判です。自家製レモンジンジャーはスパイシーでさっぱりした味わいが好評で、何度でも訪れたくなる味です。 お店の方はオーナーとお母様の二人で丁寧に料理を手作りしており、地産地消・無添加・無農薬にこだわった体に優しいメニューづくりをされています。駐車場があり車でも通いやすく、ゆったりした空間でセルフサービスのお水を楽しみながら、心地よいカフェ時間を過ごせます。 2階スペースは今後イートイン可能な空間として準備中で、ますます楽しみが広がるカフェです。地元の隠れ家としてぜひ一度訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか。
