「鯱輪 ラーメン 岐阜」で探している人向けに、私が行く前に知りたかったポイントを追記します（岐阜長良店）。 まず推しはやっぱり人気No.1の「旨辛ニンニクラーメン」。赤い見た目で身構えたけど、私の体感だと“カラムーチョくらい”の辛さで、意外と食べやすかったです。辛さは1辛から選べて、最大14段階まであるので、辛党さんは上げていく楽しみがあるし、苦手な人向けに辛くないラーメンも用意されているのが安心でした。 トッピングで迷ったら「背脂」と「ニンニク」は相性抜群。店員さんに「背脂入れますか？」って聞かれるので、その日の気分で調整できます。こってりに寄せたい日は背脂あり、翌日を軽めにしたい日は控えめ…みたいに選べるのがうれしいところ。 あと、私が感動したのが“おい飯無料”の流れ。麺がスープにしっかり絡むタイプで、食べ終わったあとにご飯を入れると最後までおいしい…。普段ラーメンスープを完飲しない私でも、ここは完食しちゃいました。罪悪感がある人は、蒟蒻麺に変更できるメニューも気になっています（次回はヘルシー路線で試したい）。 店内は真っ赤で、なんか可愛い雰囲気。女性スタッフさんもいて、カウンター中心の印象だったので「女性お一人様でも入りやすい」と思いました。初訪問で緊張する人ほど、昼の時間帯（11:00〜15:00）にサクッと行くのもおすすめ。 オープンイベント（9/27・28・29）は、ラーメン全品500円に加えて、先着50名無料、巨大ストップウォッチで「777」が出たら全額無料、じゃんけんでトッピングor大盛り無料、さらに1年間トッピング1品無料パスポート券の配布もあるとのこと。混雑しそうなので、早めの時間に到着しておくと安心です。 アクセスは岐阜県岐阜市下土居2丁目25-10。定休日は火曜ですが、9/30（火）は営業との案内もありました。行く前に最新情報はお店の告知もチェックしてみてください。
