私は先日、岐阜県北方町の「Apres-Midi」へ行ってきました。以前則武でお店をされていたオーナーさんが帰ってきて、新しくガレット専門店として再オープンしたそうです。 店内は白を基調とした明るい雰囲気で、イートインは3席のみ、とてもこぢんまりとして落ち着きます。私が注文したのはそば粉生地のガレット。これが驚くほど身体に優しく、野菜もたっぷり乗っていてボリューム満点でした。チーズやソーセージも存在感があり、満足感が高かったです。 さらに特徴的なのは、ガレットの生地をワッフルに変更できること。ワッフルはエビやアボカドなどがトッピングされ、こちらも食べ応え抜群。デザートにクレープやスイートポテト入りのオモニエールも選べ、どれも季節によって変わるバリエーション豊かで美味しかったです。 また、ドリンクと日替わりスープ（クラムチャウダーなど）がセットで楽しめるのも嬉しいポイント。駐車場もあり、車でも安心して来店できます。オーナーさんの気さくな人柄も魅力のひとつで、新規オープンながら温かいもてなしを感じられました。 私は特にオープン記念の焼き菓子プレゼントに感激。なくなり次第終了とのことなので、早めの訪問がおすすめです。岐阜でガレットを食べたい方、新しいカフェスポットを探している方にはぜひお勧めしたいお店です。
