「一番星」は10月6日に関ケ原町で新たにオープンしたパン屋さんで、特にモーニングセットが評判です。個人的に訪れて感じたのは、もち粉が入っているパンの独特の“もっちりしっとり”感が他にはない絶妙さで、この食感にはかなり感動しました。特に食パンはシンプルながら、もちもち感が強くて朝食にぴったりです。 モーニングはドリンク代のみで、3～4種類のパンがついてくるのも大きな魅力。お得感がありつつ、満足感も高いので、朝からゆったりしたい時にぴったりでした。人気のメロンパンは、生クリームが贅沢に使用されていて、ふんわり柔らかく、ザクッとした食感も楽しめます。また、レーズンシュガーは店長お手製のレーズンを使用しており、温めてからトーストすると香りと甘みが引き立ちます。 店内は2階にイートインスペースがあり、ベビーカーの持ち上げをスタッフさんが手伝ってくれるなど子連れには安心の配慮があって非常に好印象です。実際に子連れのお客さんがスタッフに赤ちゃんを預けてパンを選ぶ姿が印象的で、地域に根差した温かいパン屋さんの雰囲気が伝わってきました。 関ケ原町の中心から1時間ほど車でかかるため、行く前は迷いましたが、その時間をかけてでも訪れる価値は十分にあると思います。この先も定期的に通いたい、そんなパン屋さんに出会えた体験でした。近隣の岐阜グルメやモーニングスポット としても注目されていますので、ぜひ朝の時間をゆったりと楽しみたい方におすすめしたいです。
