私が行った日は、オープンしたてでお店全体が“これから育っていく感じ”がして、それがまた良かったです。検索で「自然食カフェ めぐる菜 メニュー」や「レビュー」「写真」が気になっている人向けに、行く前に知っておくと安心なポイントを追加でまとめます。 まずメニューは、看板の「めぐる菜 せいろ蒸しらんち（1500円）」が満足度高め。お肉orお魚を選べて、小鉢3品・茶碗蒸し・ご飯（ハツシモ）・味噌汁まで付くので、“野菜ランチだけどちゃんと食べた感”がありました。蒸籠の野菜がとにかく甘くて、シンプルに蒸してある分、素材の味が分かりやすいです。限定数があるので、確実に食べたい人は電話予約が安心。 「お野菜たっぷり薬膳かれーらんち（1500円）」も気になっている人が多いと思います。野菜のグリルが添えられるタイプで、スパイスが強すぎない“やさしいカレー”の印象。辛さが苦手な人や、体に負担少なく食べたい日にも選びやすいと思いました。 あと、ヴィーガン寄りで探している人は「厚揚げとつくね」がチェックポイント。にんにくや柚子みそ系の味付けで、ご飯が進む系でした。さらに＋300円でドリンクとミニデザートが付けられて、ミニデザートは豆乳のガトーショコラ。食後に“ちょっと甘いもの”があると満足感がぐっと上がります。 お店の雰囲気は、DIYで生まれ変わった古民家（農機小屋）らしく、椅子が一つずつ違ったり、縁側みたいに日当たりのいい席があったりして写真映えもします。畳部屋にはおもちゃや絵本が置いてあって、キッズ連れでも過ごしやすそうでした。実際、ご近所の方（シルバーカーの方）が多くて、会話が生まれる“居場所”感が強め。 アクセス面は、住所が「岐阜県岐阜市西秋沢2丁目204」。営業時間はしばらく11:00〜14:00で、定休日は土日祝休み。駐車場は近くに7〜9台とのことなので、乗り合わせ推奨です。個人的にいちばん和んだのは、シルバーカー用の“駐車場”が用意されていたところ。こういう気配りが、めぐる菜らしさだなと思いました。 最後に、初訪問で迷いがちなポイントは「席の使い分け」と「売り切れ」。静かに過ごしたいなら縁側席、子どもと一緒なら畳スペース、ワイワイなら入口付近のテーブル…みたいに選べるので、予約時に希望を伝えるのもおすすめです。売り切れが心配な日は、せいろorカレーどちら狙いかも一緒に伝えるとスムーズでした。
