岐阜県岐阜市に新しくオープンした「自然食カフェめぐる菜」は、農機小屋をみんなで手作りしリノベーションした、温かみのある空間が特徴です。無農薬野菜や季節の食材をふんだんに使ったお料理は、ひじきと大豆の五目煮やほうれん草と柿の白和えなど体に優しい和の小鉢がセットになっています。私は特に塩こうじ漬けのお肉や魚を蒸籠蒸しでいただくランチがお気に入りで、素材の自然な甘みや旨味が引き出されていて、食べるほどに体の巡りが良くなるように感じました。 また、ヴィーガン対応の厚揚げとつくねのランチもあり、ニンニクや柚子味噌を使った味付けは野菜の美味しさを引き立てています。内装は縁側のように日差しが心地よく、年配の方がシルバーカーで来店しやすいように駐車場も用意されているため、地域の高齢者にとっても集える優しい場所になっています。キッズや赤ちゃん連れでも安心できる畳部屋があり、おもちゃや絵本があるのは子育て世代にもうれしいポイントです。 私が訪れた際には近所のおばあちゃんたちがシルバーカーを使って和気あいあいと過ごしておられ、その温かいコミュニティに自然と溶け込むことができました。＋300円でドリンクとミニデザート（豆乳使用のヴィーガン対応ガトーショコラ）もつけられるので、カフェタイムにもぴったりです。岐阜らしい自然食と人とのつながりを楽しみたい方、健康志向のランチを求めている方はぜひ訪れてみてください。スタッフもとても親切で、また近いうちに再訪したいと思わせてくれる素敵なカフェでした。 今後はモーニングサービスの展開も予定されているとのことで、ますます地域に根差した居場所として注目されています。就労継続支援B型事業所の活動も行われており、社会参加のサポートを通じてカフェを応援する姿勢も感じられます。駐車場は7〜9台分あるので、乗り合わせての来店が推奨されています。岐阜市西秋沢で自然の恵みに触れながら、誰もがホッとできる優しい場所「めぐる菜」にぜひ足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか。
