「自然食カフェ めぐる菜」って実際どんな感じ？と気になっている方に向けて、私が行ってみて“検索前に知りたかったこと”を補足します。 まずメニューは、看板の「めぐる菜せいろ蒸しらんち」が中心。Aは塩こうじ漬けのお肉（私は清流美どりの日もありました）、Bは塩こうじ漬けのお魚（鮭）、Cは厚揚げ＆つくねのヴィーガン向け。どれも“せいろ＋小鉢3品＋ご飯（ハツシモ）＋味噌汁”のセットで、野菜がたっぷりなのが嬉しいポイントです。タレが複数つくので、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。 写真を撮るなら、せいろを開けた瞬間が一番映えます。湯気と野菜の彩りが出て、メニュー名で検索している人（「自然食カフェ めぐる菜 写真」など）が知りたい雰囲気が伝わりやすいです。ミニデザートは＋300円でドリンクと一緒に付けられて、私のときは豆乳ガトーショコラ。ヴィーガン対応なのも安心でした。コーヒーはカフェアダチさんの「めぐる菜ブレンド」で、食後にちょうど良い深さ。 席の雰囲気も特徴的で、DIYで生まれ変わった空間らしく、椅子が一脚ずつ違って可愛いです。日当たりのいい縁側みたいな席はぽかぽかで、ゆっくりしたい人におすすめ。子連れなら畳のキッズスペースが本当に助かります。絵本やおもちゃがあって、ベビーも過ごしやすい印象でした。 あと地味にありがたいのが「シルバーカー駐車場」。高齢の方が多く来ていて、おしゃべりしながら楽しそうにしていたので、三世代でのランチにも向いていると思います。通常の駐車場は近くに7〜9台ほどとのことなので、可能なら乗り合わせが安心。 限定数（せいろ20食前後、カレー15食前後の日も）もあるので、確実に食べたい人は電話予約がおすすめです。オープン直後は運用が変わることもあるので、最新情報はお店のSNSも合わせてチェックすると安心ですよ。
