岐阜市西秋沢の自然食カフェ『めぐる菜』は、オープンしたばかりですが地元の方々から早くも注目されています。農機小屋をみんなでDIYして作り上げた空間は、どこか懐かしさを感じる居心地のいい場所で、まるでおばあちゃんの家に帰ったような安心感があります。 特に印象的なのは無農薬野菜をふんだんに使ったせいろ蒸しランチ。塩こうじ漬けのお肉は岐阜県産の清流美どりを使用し、やわらかくジューシーで、ご年配の方でもペロリと食べられる優しい味わいです。また、塩こうじ漬けのお魚やヴィーガンの方にも嬉しい厚揚げとつくねのセットも用意されているため、幅広い客層に対応している点も魅力の一つです。 小鉢3品は日替わりで、ひじきと大豆の五目煮や、ほうれん草と柿の白和え、大根と柚子のなます風マリネなど、身体を整える薬膳的な副菜が添えられています。副菜それぞれに意味が込められており、体の血を補い、気の流れをよくし、消化を助けるなど、健康志向の方にも嬉しい献立です。 店内は畳のキッズルームがあり、小さなお子様連れの方も安心して利用できます。絵本やおもちゃも用意されており、ファミリーでの訪問におすすめ。さらに、シルバーカー駐車場も完備されているため、高齢者にも優しい配慮がされています。 ＋300円でドリンクとミニデザート（豆乳使用のヴィーガン対応ガトーショコラ）を付けられるのも嬉しいポイント。コーヒーは地元のカフェアダチのめぐる菜ブレンドが提供され、落ち着いた時間を過ごせます。 駐車場は近隣に7～9台分あり、乗り合わせでの来店が推奨されています。今後はモーニング営業や屋根付きのスペースも検討中とのこと。就労継続支援B型事業所「どんぐりわぁく」も募集中で、地域とのつながりを大切にするカフェです。 私も実際に訪問しましたが、スタッフさんの温かい対応と、手づくり感あふれる店内の雰囲気にすぐにリラックスできました。岐阜市で体にやさしいランチを楽しみたい方、新しい居場所を探している方にぜひおすすめしたい場所です。
