自然食カフェ『めぐる菜』の魅力は、ただ美味しいだけでなく、訪れるすべての人が「しあわ せ」を感じられることです。オープンしたばかりのこのお店は、農機小屋をスタッフや地元の方々とDIYで改装し、温かみのあるカフェ空間を作り上げています。 せいろ蒸しランチはA・B・Cのセットから選べ、Aは塩こうじ漬けのお肉、Bはお魚、Cはヴィーガン向けの厚揚げとつくねがメイン。どのセットにも無農薬の旬の野菜がたっぷり使われており、小鉢にも体の巡りを整える食材が並びます。私も実際にいただきましたが、素材の美味しさが活きていて、優しい味わいに心も体も満たされました。 また、畳のキッズスペースには絵本やおもちゃが用意されており、小さなお子様連れでも安心して利用できるのが嬉しいポイント。さらに「シルバーカー駐車場」があり、高齢の方も気軽に来店できる配慮が感じられます。実際、近所のおばあちゃん達が集い、和気あいあいと過ごしていました。 ドリンクとミニデザートのセットも＋300円で付けられ、特に豆乳使用のヴィーガン対応ガトーショコラは見逃せません。カフェアダチの「めぐる菜ブレンド」コーヒーと共にいただくと、一日の疲れも癒やされます。 今後はモーニング営業の予定もあるそうで、幅広い使い方が期待できそうです。岐阜市で自然食を楽しみたい方、家族みんなでほっと一息つける居場所を探している方には、ぜひ『めぐる菜』の訪問をおすすめします。
