孤独たちのカフェは、名前の通り「孤独を感じている人が外に出るきっかけを作りたい」という想いから生まれた場所です。私も実際に訪れてみて、夜の時間帯の落ち着いた雰囲気の中で本を読んだり、自家製のコンブチャを飲みながら過ごしてみましたが、本当に寛げて孤独感が和らぎました。 このカフェの一押しメニュー「まごころおからこんにゃくプレート」はおからこんにゃくを使いながらも、まるでお肉や魚のような食感で驚きました。ヘルシーなのに満足感もしっかりあり、健康に気を使う方にはぴったりだと思います。ジャークチキンも麹で漬け込まれており、柔らかく深い味わいでリピートしたくなりました。 駐車場も3台ほどあり、金土日だけの営業ですがアクセスは良好。ひとりランチや夜カフェとしてもおすすめです。孤独を感じている方、岐阜でほっと一息つける場所を探している方にぜひ訪れてほしいお店です。これからも新しい季節ごとにメニューやイベントが充実していきそうで楽しみです。
