岐阜県岐阜市八代にある「カラオケ喫茶ひだまり」は、私も最近偶然見つけた穴場スポットです。見た目は昔ながらのレトロ喫茶で入りにくい印象がありますが、実際に入ってみると、カラオケ用のステージがあり、まるで地元の集い場のような温かさに包まれています。 何より感動したのは、600円のドリンク代だけで頂けるモーニングのボリューム。日替わりの小鉢が5品も付き、さらに味噌汁とご飯、コーヒーにお茶までつくのは驚きです。小鉢はどれも時間をかけて手作りされており、ママの愛情とこだわりが伝わってきます。味付けも素朴で家庭の味を感じさせ、毎朝通いたくなる美味しさです。 ママはガラケーを使いこなしつつ、とても陽気でフレンドリーな方。『へい、おまち』『そ〜れ』など、明るい掛け声でサービス精神に溢れ、店内は自然と笑顔と会話がはずみます。カラオケ喫茶ならではの自由な雰囲気も魅力で、モーニングだけの利用も歓迎。後日ランチ（1000円）も試してみたいと思えるお店です。 また、投稿を見たよと伝えるとカラオケ1曲が無料で楽しめる特典もあり、朝から気軽に歌って元気になれます。共同駐車場もあるので車でのアクセスも便利。営業時間は朝7時からで、10時までのモーニングタイムは特におすすめです。 岐阜のコスパ最強モーニングを探している方、温かみのある接客と手作りの味を楽しみたい方にぜひ訪れてほしいお店です。私もまたリピートして、ママの陽気なキャラクターと手作りの味をゆっくり味わいたいと思います。
