私も春の季節になると、毎年この「桜餅あん食パン」を楽しみにしています。パンを割ると中から桜餅のあんこが顔を出し、しっとりとした生地との相性が抜群です。コシのあるもちもち感が、一般的なあんぱんとは一味違い、桜の風味がふわっと口いっぱいに広がります。 さらに このパン工房 瓦は、ただ美味しいだけでなく、地元の就労継続支援B型事業所としての役割も担っているのが素晴らしい点です。地域の方々が支え合いながら作り上げるパンは、素材へのこだわりも感じられ、安心して食べられます。 私自身、お店の雰囲気やパンの温かみから、この隠れ家的なパン屋さんのファンになってしまいました。桜の季節以外も、瓦あんパンなど他のパンもふわふわで懐かしい味が楽しめますので、ぜひ定期的に訪れてみてください。 駐車場が1台だけのため、場合によっては予約が必須です。営業時間や販売日はSNSでこまめにチェックすると良いでしょう。桜餅あん食パンの限定感がさらに特別さを増し、春の訪れを感じられる逸品です。特に桜が好きな方には、本当におすすめしたいパンです。
