岐阜の新しいそば店「岐阜冷やしたぬきそば」に訪れて、冷やしたぬきそばの魅力にすっかりハマってしまいました。冷たい麺が暑い季節にぴったりで、つるしことした食感は暑さを忘れさせてくれます。特に甘めの揚げがジューシーで、わさびをちょっとつけて食べると、爽やかなアクセントになり飽きずに最後まで楽しめます。卵黄と絡めるとまろやかさが加わって、喉越しがとても良く、まるで越前そばの新しい楽しみ方を発見した気分です。お店の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、カウンター席とテーブル席があり一人でもグループでも利用しやすい造りです。大将も親しみやすく、きっとリピーターが増える理由も納得です。また、食べ終わった後の汁を白ご飯にかけて楽しむスタイルもとても良く、最後の一滴まで美味しくいただけるのは嬉しいポイント。駐車場も店舗の南に6台分あり、車でのアクセスも便利です。岐阜で新規オープンのグルメスポットを探している方や、冷やしたぬきそばの新しい食べ方に挑戦したい方にはぜひおすすめしたい店です。私もまた近いうちに訪れて、今度は別のメニューも試してみたいと思います。
