私が行ったのは岐阜・瑞穂市の「はなのかファーム」のサラダ食べ放題モーニング。結論、朝から食べ放題したい人にかなり刺さる内容でした。だいたい1000円前後で、野菜をしっかり補給できるのが嬉しいポイントです。 モーニングは9:00〜10:30（L.O.10:00）で、時間が短めなので要注意。私は混む前を狙って9:00に入店したら、席選びもスムーズでした。モーニングデートや、友達とゆっくり朝活したい人は、早め行動が安心だと思います。 メインはフレンチトーストを選びましたが、これが「正直に言います…逆詐欺でした」と言いたくなるサイズ感。メニューで“1枚は小さめ”と聞いていたのに、実物はしっかりボリュームがあって、しかも\しっとり/ふわふわ。はちみつをたっぷりかけると甘さが広がって、朝から幸福感がすごいです。 サラダバーは新鮮野菜がいっぱいで、トッピングもいろいろ。塩が数種類あったのも地味にテンション上がりました。野菜だけだと飽きがちだけど、味変できるので最後まで楽しめます。さらにスープバー付きなので、冷房が効いた店内でも温かいものを挟めて◎。 「ハムチーズトースト」や「サンドイッチ食べ放題」系を期待して行く人もいると思うのですが、ここは“パン＋サラダ食べ放題”の満足度が高いタイプ。キューブパンのメニュー（デミグラパン、たまご系、チョコ、はちみつトーストなど）もあるので、甘い→しょっぱいのローテもできます。 あと嬉しかったのが、ワンちゃん同伴OKなことと、キッズの遊び場があること。家族でも行きやすいし、駐車場も多めで安心でした。近くのモーニング食べ放題を探している人は、時間だけ気をつけて早めに行くのがおすすめです。
