私が行った日はオープン直後でかなり行列でした。岐阜駅から近いので「近くの麻辣湯」で探して来る人も多そう。結論、初めてでも流れさえ分かればめちゃくちゃ楽しい“セルフ麻辣湯”でした！これから行く人向けに、現地で迷いやすいポイントを補足します。 ■ メニューの選び方（スープ3種類の体感） スープは「麻辣湯・トマト麻辣湯・汁なし麻辣」の3種類。辛いのが得意じゃない私はトマト麻辣湯が食べやすかったです。酸味がある分、後味が重くなりにくくて、具材をたくさん入れても飽きにくい印象。ガッツリ“シビ辛”を楽しみたいなら定番の麻辣湯、麺や春雨を中心に味を絡めたい人は汁なしが向いてます。 ■ 辛さは「0.5」がちょうどいい目安 辛さ0も選べるので、家族連れでも行きやすいです。私は0.5にしましたが、十分に辛さは感じました。辛さ1は体感で「辛ラーメンくらい」のイメージ。はじめてなら0〜0.5で様子見→次回上げるのがおすすめです。 ■ 具材の入れ方のコツ（入れすぎ注意！） セルフでボウルに入れる形式なので楽しい反面、気づくと400g超えがち。目安は女性260〜320g、男性320〜400gくらい。重さを途中で量れる計りが店内にあるので、麺・ブンモジャ・カニ団子みたいに重量が増えやすい具材は早めに入れて、途中計量すると失敗しにくいです。 ■ チーズトッピングは“辛さをマイルドにする救済” 炙りチーズトッピング（チーズ330円）は、目の前で炙ってもらえるタイプ。辛さが角が取れて食べやすくなるので、辛さを上げたい人にもおすすめです。 ■ 整理券・待ち時間の注意点 整理券は店頭の発券機またはLINEで取れるのが便利でした。呼び出し後10分以内に戻らないとキャンセルになるので、駅周辺で時間をつぶす場合は通知チェック必須です。 ■ 駐車場とアクセス 専用駐車場はなく、近くのコインパーキング利用。岐阜駅前店なので徒歩アクセスが強いです。目印は「21時にアイス 岐阜駅前店」の隣。観光なら黄金の織田信長公像から歩いて行ける距離感でした。 ■ 支払い方法は事前に確認推奨 支払い方法は店舗で変わることがあるので、現地の案内表示かスタッフさんに確認するのが安心（現金のみの日だと焦るので…）。 「岐阜駅 麻辣湯」「福恩麻辣湯 岐阜駅前店」で迷っているなら、セルフで具材を選べる楽しさと、1g4.8円で少量から試せる気軽さが強み。次は“控えめ200g”を狙って行くつもりです（笑）。
